We reproduced the IfErrorStatus condition by simply raising the rate of the ifInErrors variable (as described above) to 20% of the traffic. We reproduced the IfLoad condition by raising the rate of the ifOutUcastPkts object, which had a relationship with the ifOutOctets object (with an average packet size of 1000, the rate of outgoing octets is 1000 times the rate of outgoing packets).

Note that it took NerveCenter 3 minutes to discover the load condition of device 192.9.201.23 as shown in the "High Alarms" screen. The rate of the ifNOutUcastPkts object was significantly raised (from 100 to 1000) around 16:46:57 as shown in the traffic graph, and this condition was detected by NerveCenter at 16:50:39.
